This letter is in reference to Deirdre Halferty. Deirdre helped my wife Josie and I to locate, negotiate and close the deal on the perfect inner city property to redevelop into our dream home. We began working with Deirdre on this project in June. We were interested in finding an inner city property with all the right characteristics for our new home together. We were in no rush to buy the property but we were very particular that it would be the right one. We thought we would drive Deirdre crazy, but she was very patient with us. She worked at our pace and never pressured us. When we needed her expertise she was always quick to respond. Neither Josie nor I had purchased inner city before and neither of us had bought a house with the intention of removing it to redevelop the lot. The learning curve was steep, but Deirdre was very helpful with all our questions and always kept us on course. When we landed on the right property Deirdre's marketing information and advice helped us develop a purchasing strategy for the property and negotiate and close the deal.
